What does your DSCR mean?
DSCR stands for debt service coverage ratio. It compares your monthly rental income with your estimated total monthly property payment.
Monthly rent ÷ total monthly payment = DSCR
First, add the loan payment + property taxes + homeowners insurance + HOA dues + flood insurance. Then divide monthly rent by that total.
