Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of mortgage brokerage services by Monarch Equity Partners, LLC (“Monarch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company located at 16220 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254, to you, the client (“you” or “Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Scope of Services
Monarch Equity Partners, LLC provides mortgage brokerage services, including but not limited to assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans, refinancing existing mortgages, and providing guidance on mortgage-related financial decisions. We act as an intermediary between you and potential lenders to facilitate the mortgage process. Our services do not include legal, tax, or financial advice outside the scope of mortgage brokerage.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, including financial documents, as requested by Monarch to facilitate the mortgage application process.
- Promptly notify Monarch of any changes to your financial situation or contact information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the mortgage process.
Fees and Payment
Monarch may charge fees for its services, which will be disclosed to you in a separate fee agreement or loan estimate prior to the commencement of services. Fees may include, but are not limited to, broker fees, application fees, or other charges associated with the mortgage process. You are responsible for paying all agreed-upon fees in accordance with the payment terms provided.
Confidentiality
Monarch is committed to protecting your personal and financial information. We will only share your information with third parties, such as lenders or service providers, as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available upon request by contacting us at info@monarchepllc.com.
Limitations of Liability
Monarch will make reasonable efforts to secure favorable mortgage terms on your behalf but does not guarantee loan approval, specific terms, or interest rates, as these are determined by third-party lenders. We are not liable for any decisions made by lenders or for any losses, damages, or costs you may incur as a result of the mortgage process or your financial decisions.
No Guarantee of Results
While Monarch strives to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including loan approval or particular loan terms. Market conditions, lender criteria, and your financial profile may impact the results of our services.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred for services rendered up to the date of termination. Monarch may terminate services if you fail to provide necessary information, breach these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Amendments
Monarch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website or upon direct communication to you. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Monarch Equity Partners, LLC regarding the provision of mortgage brokerage services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
